Chasing Rabbits, Grenache Blanc 2021

According to winemaker Corlea Fourie, Chasing Rabbits captures the fine tension and clarity of young Grenache fruit. Produced in Wellington, South Africa, the grapes come from a certified organic vineyard called Gesamelike Wei, which means communal pasture – the site was originally used for grazing by nomadic trek farmers. Grenache Blanc 2021 combines aromatic spice and texture with a crisp burst of pithy citrus. Fermented in stainless steel, the focus is on highlighting the clarity and purity of the fruit. A great pair with all kinds of seafood or fresh green salads.
